Chocolate Enrobing Machine
Wafers moving on precision wire belts pass through a chocolate curtain to be enrobed; every motor is drive-controlled and temperature is held to 0.1°C via PID control and an SSR relay. All drives communicate over Profinet.
Foundry Sand Reclamation
In this German-built sand reclamation system, sand passes through a magnetic drum to be stripped of metal fragments, then routed to a crusher and sand feeder. The panel layout and control software were modernized from scratch.
Paper Mill Treatment System
Two sand filters pre-treat the water alongside a 4-tank softening line; four reverse-osmosis units bring conductivity to 0-2 µS/cm, and 10 EDI units then reach the 0.05 µS/cm required for the turbines. Panel and software are entirely ours.
Solid Waste Disposal Plant SCADA
At a facility where municipal solid waste is irrigated and digested to generate electricity from the resulting gas, the leachate treatment and release process is monitored end-to-end from a SCADA screen we built.
Oil Tank SCADA Monitoring
Product in 6 oil tanks is calculated and tracked in kilograms from density, temperature and volume. Built on a Siemens PLC and a Raspberry Pi server, the system logs history and can be viewed from any device.
Cooling Tunnel
In a machine where 4 synchronized belts speed up and slow down together, compressors and blowers cool the product with precise temperature algorithms. Exported to Colombia, the software is entirely ours.
Chocolate Storage & Transfer
Two large storage and transfer tanks built for Nestlé combine tanker filling, holding chocolate at the required temperature, and load-cell-guided precision transfer at the exact weight needed.
Hygienic Can-Capping Machine
A first for Turkey: built in 2023 for a cold-brew coffee brand, this machine seals hygienic aluminium caps onto 6 cans at once, using precision servo motors and PID-controlled heating elements.
Pallet Stacking Machine
BGC Tarım's long-idle pallet stacking machine was modernized. Jarred dried tomatoes are arranged 14×20 and stacked onto pallets with a magnet, ready for shipment.
Pasteurizing Tunnel
Also modernized for BGC Tarım, this tunnel sterilizes jarred dried tomatoes on a drive-controlled belt through an 80°C steam tunnel. The panel was built from scratch, software entirely ours.
PROBOS — Programmable Boom Irrigation
Our own product: fully automatic boom operation for bench-top seedling greenhouses. Addressing lets it water the chosen zone with the exact amount needed — saving labour and time.
Milk Pasteurization System
Raw milk delivered by tanker is heated and pasteurized, then cooled to 5°C into a holding tank. Cleaned with a CIP wash after every batch, the process is controlled by temperature, flow and conductivity sensors.
Demineralization
At CMS, raw water passes through sand and carbon filters into anion-cation tanks. Two tandem lines keep production running 24/7 — one stays in production while the other regenerates.
JTI Osmosis Industrial Water Treatment
The panel and automation software for this drive-controlled Reverse Osmosis + NF industrial water treatment line were built by us.
Denizli Biomass Power Plant
A water purification system spanning sand filtration, carbon filtration, softening, reverse osmosis and EDI, designed and commissioned to supply the process water the biomass plant needs.
