Industrial Water
Treatment Systems
Since 2017, we have provided control panels, automation and software for industrial water treatment facilities. We design and commission control infrastructure for processes ranging from filtration to advanced treatment.
Integrated treatment
and process control
For an energy recovery facility, we built automation infrastructure integrating softening, sand filtration, reverse osmosis and EDI units.
- Drive control to balance pressure across the 2+2 RO group
- A single control screen and a process-specific monitoring diagram
- Alarm and protection management at process points
EDI control and
RO water recovery
The reference installation produces water with a conductivity of 0.02 µS/cm using EDI, and supports control of up to four EDI stacks through a single DC drive.
- Control of one or multiple EDI stacks
- Recovery of reject water from two RO units through a separate RO unit
- Process and equipment status monitoring through the HMI
Mixed-bed water
purification automation
We designed and commissioned the automation for a mixed-bed water purification system at a chemical production facility. Production and regeneration processes are monitored using flow and conductivity data.
- Automatic changeover to the other tank when a tank alarm occurs
- Regeneration management based on specified flow and conductivity conditions
- A sequence table showing motor and valve operating states
Treatment processes and automation
We provide panel design and manufacturing, software and service support for filtration automation, advanced treatment, deionization, mixed-bed and wastewater treatment applications.
Treatment-specific control functions
Remote support
Our software includes infrastructure for free remote software revision support. Software inspection and intervention can be carried out through a remote connection.
Digital records and monitoring
Faults and sensor data are periodically archived through a logging system that requires no additional hardware. These records allow the system’s operating history to be reviewed.
HMI operating guides
HMI screens include digital operating instructions explaining the functions of each page. Operators can access the information they need directly on the screen.
Pump and valve protection
Synchronized pump and valve control helps reduce the risk of water hammer. The software includes protection functions for high- and low-pressure conditions.
Process step memory
The current process step is retained during power outages. When power returns, the washing or production process can resume according to the system’s control conditions.
Washing algorithms
Operators can select washing options based on differential pressure (Δp), flow rate or time within the standard software architecture.
Panel layout and project documentation
Control panel layouts are planned around the facility’s available space. Electrical designs and manufacturing work are prepared in line with the relevant technical requirements.
Panel layout and control room
Panel arrangements take operation, field connections and available space into account.
Electrical engineering and panel design
Detailed electrical and layout drawings form the basis of panel manufacturing. Applicable IEC standards and CE conformity requirements are assessed within the project scope.
Project and service records via QR code
A printed copy of the electrical drawings is included in the panel, with digital access available through the QR code on the panel. Service, maintenance and modification records after commissioning can be tracked through the same system.
Control, settings and sequence monitoring

Central control screen
Production and washing functions can be managed through a single control screen for the integrated system.
System settings
Settings screens provide access to parameters, manual control, reports and user management.
Motor and valve sequence table
The table shows which motors and valves operate in each mode, helping operators monitor the process.
Manual control and operating settings
Manual equipment control
Equipment can be controlled individually through the HMI. In the event of a screen or PLC fault, panel-door buttons provide manual control in accordance with the project’s electrical control design.
Alarm and sensor management
The user interface allows alarms to be enabled or disabled and sensor measurement ranges to be configured through the optimization screen.
User authorization
Access permissions are organized through administrator and operator roles. Changes to system settings are governed by the relevant user’s permissions.
Pump operating options
Standby operation, condition-based activation and duty rotation to balance operating hours can be configured on screen.
