- Advanced Treatment Technologies (RO/UF)
- Deionization & Mixed Bed Systems
- Wastewater Treatment Solutions
- Software & Service Support
Solutions Built for Treatment Plants
- Integrated Remote Support (Free of Charge): Our software runs on infrastructure that’s remote-revision-ready at no extra cost, so issues get addressed the moment they arise.
- Digital Archive & Tracking: Every fault and sensor reading is logged automatically, with no extra hardware — giving you the system’s full “health history” on hand.
- Smart HMI Guides: Every HMI screen carries its own built-in digital instructions, so operators never lose time hunting for documentation.
- Mechanical Protection System: Synchronized pump/valve control prevents water hammer and pipe bursts, with high- and low-pressure protection built in as standard.
- Safe Flow Memory: The system holds its state through power outages, so washing or production safely resumes right where it left off once power returns.
- Flexible Flush Algorithm: One-touch selection between pressure-differential (dp), flow-based, or time-based flushing — all standard in our software architecture.
Why Us
We combine deep expertise in treatment processes with a competitive cost structure to give you the edge. We simplify complex processes, minimize risk, and lower operating costs.
High-Capacity, Integrated System
At an energy recovery facility, our system — 4 softening tanks, 2 sand filter tanks, a 4+1 RO array, and a 10-stack EDI system — works in seamless harmony to produce water at the required purity.
Optimized Drive Control
The 2+2 RO system in particular is optimized with drives that prevent pressure mismatches between the RO units, with every point safeguarded by appropriate alarms.
User-Friendly Interface
Despite its full complexity, the system can be operated simply from a single CONTROL page, and monitored comfortably from a MONITORING page that mirrors the real process.
High-Purity EDI Water Production
The electrodeionization (EDI) system produces water at 0.02 µS/cm purity, with one to four EDI stacks controllable from a single DC drive.
RO Reject Water Recovery
The reject water from the existing dual-RO system is routed through a separate RO unit for recovery, minimizing overall water consumption.
Panel Layout & Control Room
Panel layout is designed for maximum efficiency based on the site plan and manufactured to international standards.
Panel Electrical Design & Manufacturing Standard
Detailed electrical schematics prepared by our engineering team guarantee panels manufactured in full compliance with international standards such as IEC and CE.
Digital Project Access & Manufacturer Memory
The electrical schematic is included as a hard copy on the panel and can also be downloaded by scanning the QR code on the panel. After commissioning, that same code gives authorized staff access to a log of every service visit, maintenance action, and revision — preserving institutional knowledge even as staff change.

Mixed Bed Water Purification Solution
A mixed bed water purification system was installed for a leading chemical manufacturer, with automation designed and commissioned by our professional team.
Automatic Failover & Production Continuity
Every point of the system is alarm-protected, and if an alarm occurs on one mixed bed tank, the other automatically takes over production — keeping output continuous.
Flow & Conductivity Monitoring
Flow and conductivity are continuously monitored, and tank flushing is carried out precisely once the defined conditions are met.
System Control & Schedule Overview
A schedule showing which motors and valves run in which mode is displayed on-screen, strengthening the operator’s control over the system.
Other Details
Every one of our systems lets you control each element manually from the HMI screen, and — in the event of a screen or PLC fault — from buttons built into the electrical panel door. This keeps production running while an issue is being resolved.
The system also includes many advantageous features: managing, disabling, and enabling alarms; redefining sensor measurement ranges directly from the optimization page; Admin/Operator role management that keeps unauthorized users out of the system; and screen-based selection of standby or condition-based pump activation and equal-aging rotation.
Beyond these reference projects, we’ve commissioned hundreds of projects, large and small — from disc filters to tandem softening, activated carbon, sand and iron filtration, ultrafiltration, EDI to mixed bed, and RO to wastewater treatment — successfully automating a wide range of products across the sector.
